Securing your well plate

Step-by-step instructions

A short guide on preparing your well plate for submission.

Load samples top to bottom from A1 to H1, then move to column 2.


FOR TISSUE PLATES:

At least 2mm for tail clips*
At least 2mm for ear punch

FOR EMBRYO PLATES:
(Do not submit whole embryos, or liquid buffer or plasmid)

*Preferably 3 to 5mm.
Check with your local regulatory committee.

Seal tightly with capmat. Match the capmat to the wellplate.
