YX Gives

Generosity Fuels Connection
Our mission and vision
Built on the belief that generosity fuels connection.
Vision: Every Transnetyx employee finds a place to serve or contribute.
Mission: To inspire a spirit of giving and create a platform for meaningful impact — especially for underrepresented communities in science and beyond.
YX Gives, a 501(c)(3) foundation established in 2021, represents our commitment to giving back through action and empathy. Each year, one-third of our foundation’s support is dedicated to:
Serving and strengthening local communities and schools.
Supporting our industry partners nationally, especially in STEM and animal welfare.
Working with economically challenged communities in rural India, supporting a boy’s home. Girl’s empowerment and a regional science center.
Giving back isn’t just what we do — it’s who we are.
Intentional Giving
How we give
We believe in informed, intentional giving — guided by purpose and participation.
Transnetyx encourages employee-led services by providing time for employees to volunteer and engage directly.
YX Gives is funded on a monthly basis.
Regular fundraising and awareness drives support diverse nonprofit missions.
When we give together, the impact multiplies.
