Automated Email for Plate with no Order
I am not sure why I am getting this email saying I have a plate offline or what to do with it.
Answer: The automated "order not received" emails are sent when we receive a plate without an order online. The system will search our shipping log to determine which account the plate was shipped to and send the email using that email address. It is simply a notification that we have the plate here but cannot process it until the order is placed online.
