How Does It Work
Sending samples to Transnetyx is easy.
Simply follow the steps below:
1. Register for an account
After you register we will ship a sample kit overnight along with instructions on how to load and submit your samples.
2. Submit strain information
Simply log into your account at www.Transnetyx.com and complete an online submission form. The process is simple and will provide information about your strain to a Transnetyx Assay Design Specialist so they can design your real time PCR assays. |

3. Collect samples
Transnetyx provides you with everything you need to collect and send your samples at no charge. Simply collect your samples in the Transnetyx bar-coded 96 well plate and send them back to us with the provided prepaid FedEx way bill.
4. Place your order online
Once you have sent your samples, create a new order at www.Transentyx.com. When you place an order you will tell the Transnetyx fully automated system which assay to run and where your samples are located in your well plate. 5. Get results
We will email you when we receive your samples and email you again in 24 or 72 hours when your results have been posted to your online account.
